FENG SHUI TIP – TIME MANAGEMENT

Do you have your time under control and use it sufficiently as a resource to achieve your goals?  Or do you often hear yourself saying “I have to much to do and to little time to do it.”

If your time management is out of control then Feng Shui can help.

FENG SHUI TIP
Set ALL your clocks in your home, car and work place to the same exact time to create harmony with your time.  Take your cell phone and walk throughout your home to set all the clocks, watches, appliances, electronics, thermostat, your car clock and clocks at the workplace.

Make De-cluttering the first step in your New Year’s Resolution

January 28th, 2010

Make De-cluttering the first step in your New Year’s Resolution

Here is an article I wanted to share with you from my personal Professional Organizer Brenda Spangrud that I would highly recommend to help you with your de-cluttering and organizing your spaces.

By Brenda Spangrud

www.SORTEDorganizing.com

Every year, most of us start out with new intentions for our lives or careers and label them “New Year’s Resolutions.”  Whether this resolution is to lose weight, stop smoking, or find the person of your dreams your success could be tied directly to the physical space around you.   A cluttered and disorganized area clutters your thoughts and good intentions and creates chaos and confusion.   If you’ve found yourself struggling to achieve new resolutions or goals, clutter in the area around you may be to blame.

Imagine yourself in the middle of your cluttered space.  Things are piled around you and finding anything resembles a search and rescue mission.  Your to-do list is out of control and there are important items you need but can’t find.  How are you feeling?  Stressed? Over whelmed?  Burdened?  Are you feeling focused and ready to tackle anything new?  I’m guessing not.

Now imagine yourself sitting in a room that is clean, organized and functions smoothly.  Books are neatly on the shelf, papers are filed away, and anything you need is easily accessible and at your fingertips.  How do you feel in this place?  Calm?  Productive?  In control?  Do you feel empowered and energized?  You bet!

Being organized frees up the mind and lets you focus on your intentions.  When your home is full of things you don’t want, don’t need, or broken it affects the energy around you.  Positive energy equals positive results.  Start with clearing the clutter and create a space that supports those results.  Then get “Feng Shui-ing” and begin manifesting your desires!

Let go of Weight with Feng Shui

January 16th, 2010

Let go of Weight with Feng Shui

January always seems to be the most popular month to let go of the extra weight from the holidays so, I have some tips to share with you to help you achieve your goals.

FENG SHUI TIPS for
WEIGHT LOSS

Is your home carrying extra weight?  Your home is a reflection of YOU so, if you are keeping things in your environment that you do not Use or Love then YES your home is carrying extra weight and if you LET GO of the Clutter in your home.   Then your body will LET GO of the extra Clutter your body is carrying around and you will feel BETTER!!!

REMOVE CLUTTER from your bedroom - you do not want overstuffed closets, drawers or storage under the bed.  If you have not worn something in the past 12 months then the likelihood that you will wear it in the next 12 months is pretty slim.   Your goal is to slim down so, start slimming down and LETTING GO of the stuff you no longer LOVE or USE in your home and watch how the extra pounds just disappear.

TAKING POSITIVE ACTION TO ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS

January 2nd, 2010

TAKING POSITIVE ACTION TO ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS

I would like to quote my beloved teacher Chloe Faith Wordsworth about Positive Action.

Positive Action support you in maintaining your higher state of well-being and in activating your potential to live more consistently at a higher energy state of coherence.

“THE BUTTERFLY EFFECT”

It is worth remembering the statement in New Physics that even the smallest action can be amplified to create a system-wide effect of great significance.  It is said that on the sub-atomic level the movement of a butterfly’s wing in Japan creates a hurricane in Texas (the Butterfly Effect).  Every effort, however small, counts more than we realize.  For example, light is in potential in a light bulb.  It takes only the tiny action of flicking the switch to activate its potential to radiate light — an extraordinary outcome for a very small effort.

If a butterfly in Japan can effect Texas.  Think how LETTING GO OF CLUTTER AND MOVING YOUR STUFF TO THE BEST PLACE IN YOUR HOME AND OFFICE can effect your own frequency.

You can do it……

Happy Feng Shui’n,

Sandy Sue

Happy Thanksgiving

November 25th, 2009

HAPPY THANKSGIVING and HAPPY HOLIDAYS.  May this years holiday season bring love, light and harmony to your heart and those you love.

I am so grateful for the wonderful friendship I have developed with all of you!  It brings me such joy receiving emails and calls of the magical things you are experiencing after our consultation or by using one of my Feng Shui Tips.  Thank You for filling my heart with so much appreciation and gratitude for giving me the opportunity to serve you and make a positive difference in your life with the power of Feng Shui and Resonance Repatterning sesions.

Thanksgiving Feng Shui Tips

DO display your china and crystal. The dining room is a place of wealth, and for that reason, it is always auspicious to display your family crystal, china, or silver. Consider adding mirrors to the back of a china cabinet to “double” the amount of crystal and china you have.

DO have bright, beautiful lighting. A beautiful chandelier is a wonderful addition to the dining room. If yours isn’t bright enough or attractive to you, replace it with another fixture. Lighting is very auspicious.

DO hang mirrors here. Mirrors are stimulating and they double the good times by doubling the food and company in the room.

DON’T have clocks in the dining room. Clocks in the dining room bring bad energy; actually, they symbolize death.  Remember, the passage of time is not important while you are enjoying a meal and the company of those closest to you. Take clocks out of the dining room.

DON’T eat with pictures of deceased relatives in the dining room. Avoid doing this because it creates an extremely yin dining experience — and that can create health problems.

Burn pine or cinnamon scented candles.  This stimulates appetite and is a natural scent from trees.  Avoid sweet floral scents.

If you are decorating your table for Thanksgiving, but you are preoccupied with finances this year, choose muted colors like olive, brown, and pumpkin. These colors are associated with safety, protection, and support and will make you feel more grounded and content.

Plan Thanksgiving decorations based on the meaning of their colors and shapes: squares for unity, circles for lively conversation, and the color orange for connection.
Health & Happiness Always,

Sandy Sue

What Does Your House Number Mean?

November 11th, 2009

If you are planning to move to another house or business, it’s important to consider what you are really wanting and expect from the new house or building from the energy of the number. To calculate the number of your house or office you must reduce the house number down to a single digit. (1813=4).

1813 E. Happy Street would be calculated as follows:  1 + 8 + 1 + 3.  This equals 13.  Then add the 1 and the 3 together to equal 4.  You live in a 4 house.

  • ONE – If your house number reduces to a number one, it will appeal to independent individuals. This will become a challenge if you desire a relationship and live in a number one house.
  • TWO – The number two house is perfect for developing a relationship with another.
  • THREE – This house will bring much joy and happiness to its occupants.
  • FOUR – The best house for balancing.  A famous person is probably a four house.
  • FIVE – Like your fingers, the number five is a handful.  If you are up to globe trotting and are looking forward to what tomorrow may bring, a number five home is for you!
  • SIX – The life path of six is service; service to family, other people, the environment, or animals.
  • SEVEN – It is a good place to further educational pursuits as it offers rest and quietude.
  • EIGHT – A number eight house will have an atmosphere of importance and success.  It’s what’s known as a $$$ house for it is easy to draw material wealth towards you.
  • NINE – This house will appeal to those who want to help and serve humanity.

My house is a 4 House which is best for balance.  Isn’t it interesting that my business is called BALANCE Your Life!  Visit my website www.BalanceYourLife.net for more tips and www.YinYangRealEstate.com if you are looking to buy or sell your home or business.

Make it a Chi-full life,

Sandy Sue
